Science Competition Registration
Science Competition Guidelines
Register yourself and your Science Bowl/Science Fair participants in three easy steps. You must complete all 3 steps by March 15 to be registered!
1. Complete the Chaperone Information Form (Accompanying Chaperones must fill out this form as well) and email to nobcchefair@gmail.com no later than March 15, 2010. Your and your students' registrations will not be considered complete until we receive this form. Please submit these forms at the time you register your students.
2. Download the ACS and Waiver forms and print 1 copy for each Science Bowl/Science Fair participant for whom you are responsible. Have the participants complete the forms and bring them along to the conference or mail them to the address indicated on the forms (postmarked no later than March 15, 2010).
3. Hit the continue button at the bottom of the page and complete online registration of your students. If you are registering Science Fair participants, have each student's abstract ready when you register.
Note: If you do not enter all of your students the first time you enter the system please visit www.conference.com/eventmanager/OLEdit.htm, enter the Reference Code from the top of your confirmation (this is the Reference Code for the first student you entered) in the box, and click login. You will then be able to click add another to group and continue registering your students as before..
